A seat at the court.
Wulaverto brings a small game of strategy into a richly imagined royal treasury.

A considered move is a treasure of its own.
The idea behind the gold
A treasury is full of striking things, but the most interesting object here is a modest square board. Wulaverto puts that contrast at the centre: elaborate regalia around an activity you can understand in a few moves. The world is imaginary; the decisions are yours.
Two colours, changing territory
The Obsidian Court starts with four discs. You play Gold against a Ruby computer opponent. Place a disc to enclose an unbroken line of opposing discs, then watch those pieces change sides. The position is never just a collection of isolated squares.
Thoughtful rather than hurried
There is no match timer or daily streak. You can inspect a position, request a suggested move or undo your last turn together with the reply. Reloading the page starts a fresh court; no account or ranking follows you afterwards.
An independent little room
This is an original browser activity with a royal visual theme, not an official version of a commercial slot game. Gold discs, rubies and crowns carry no monetary value. Nothing on this site can be bought, bet, traded or redeemed.
Questions make the room better
A confusing move is worth describing. Note the row and column, the two scores and what you expected, then use the contact page to prepare an email. That context is usually more useful than simply saying that the board looked different.
Take a closer look.
Browse the collection or try The Obsidian Court. Neither needs an account.
